Taught in a "Free Jazz" style, these sessions offer a mix of upbeat street, disco, and more lyrical routines to keep things exciting and fresh each week. Led by Glenn, who creates a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere, you’ll shake off the stress of the week and start your Monday right with a great workout. Plus, you'll enjoy the camaraderie of fellow beginners, making every class a fun and social experience!
